The artwork is as good as it gets on these vases that have been turned into lamps that's why I've taken so many closeups. The lamp measures 30" tall to the top of the finials and the bodies are 18" tall and are 9 1/2" wide and 6" deep. There's the usual detail in the facial features you see in other high end quality lamps with incredible detail and color in the landscape scenes that really sets these lamps off.The rock formations and mountains are all outlined with each tree branch individually hand painted. There's over 1000 large, medium and small beads all in organized patterns and in straight lines not just plastered everywhere. There's real small beads inside the hearts and other figures all in a pattern. The shades on these were ancient so I replaced them with new silk ones as close to the original as I could find. The wood on the bases is also real old and one has a small crack and won't come off to find a makers mark.By the looks of the plug and inline on and off switches it looks like these were rewired sometime in the 1970's.There's not any chips or cracks anywhere on either lamp just normal crazing from age.The harps have some light rust and so do the metal rings going to the replaced light fixture. One wooden base is light than the other one.
