An antique Art Deco batwing slip shade chandelier with its original two-tone finish and polychrome accents. Dating from the 1930’s, the chandelier hung in its original Chicago home until the house was gutted in 2002. The chandelier features five batwing slipper shades. The body of the chandelier has a gold-toned hue with accents of color. There is a domed coordinating shade on the bottom. A finial with is suspended from its center. The light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks the to the slipper shades. The chandelier was rewired with fixtures in each of the five batwing shades. The bottom dome shade originally had a fixture, and that could be added for more light. The fixture measures approx. 20" wide and 18-1/2" tall.
Sold separately, I have four matching wall sconces, and one sconce base without shade.
