Thirty-Day Clock Circa. 1875 This is a very scarce clock, with a 30-Day movement. Two main spring drive and balance wheel control. It is a time-only clock and was made circa. 1875. The case is darkened brass and the backboard is wood, which had a label at one time, but which now is nearly gone. The numbers are Roman and each chapter is a porcelain fitting. The hands are also porcelain covered. The decorations at top, bottom and sides represent some revival form of art. The chain hangs at 15 inches. The movement is held to the heavy round backboard with screws. The dial is five inches in diameter.
