SOLD Authentic Antique, Revolutionary war period, American rifleman's powder horn, ca. 1770s-1780; made of a hollowed–out brown horn, with wooden domed carved base and turned brass mushroom finial, with its original suspensions robe, held in place with iron tags, and carved octagonal spout.
CONDITION: In its original unattached condition with a superb mellow old patina.
MEASUREMENTS: Overall length included brass finial: 38.2 cm (15 in).
