Antique Wedgwood Ironstone Covered Dish Circa. 1880. Wedgwood did not do an extensive amount of ironstone. . However, the pieces produced and still in existence are really exceptional! Fluted design. Crossed twig handle on lid. Wonderful design. There is some very small, minor chips (3) on edge of lid, so small you have to look for them. Makes a great wedding gift. Total height is 8 inches. 13.5 inches wide. Base is 3 inches high, the lid is 5 inches high. Marked on bottom "Ironstone, Wedgwood" Absolutely extraordinary in execution and design.
