Made by Mirro, this is a cookie-pastry press - it comes in the remains of its original box, and has a full compliment of 14 press pattern cutters to pass the pastry through. Also comes with its original booklet. Mirro, Manitowoc Wisconsin, USA. Probably 1950s or 60s. I've no idea of how to use it, but it is complete.
