A unique and rare Italian Espresso maker, early/mid 20C, "Nova Espresso", Brevettata. Fill it wit water and espresso coffee, put it on stove, as steam rises, the espresso is forced out of the nozzles into 2 cups or 4 very small. (personally tested, makes great coffee...).
