US size 6 1/2. 1 Emerald cut blue Topaz measures 10X8mm. 20 round diamonds total 60/100 carat. Beautifully set. Great quality. We are not gemologists, but stone appears to be very clear with good blue colour. Came from collection of a 93-year-old lady.
