Vintage ring, sterling silver and New Zealand paua shell - carved ridges design on the shell, which has beautiful iridescent colours of mauve, aqua, green and blue. Made by Ataahua, a company making New Zealand jewellery in the 1950s and 60s. It has their distinctive flying bee mark, and is stamped STG for sterling quality silver. Face of ring measures 2.4 cm by 1.5 cm.
Excellent condition. Ring size is English M (USA size 6) with an internal diameter of 16.51 mm.
