Rare heart shaped Griffin Fix French heavily gold applied pin/brooch. This is a very rare model usually never seen in a heart shaped design. The Griffin is extremely well sculptured and is in excellent condition. It has a height and width of 1 inch. It is in excellent condition guaranteed to please as are all our items. FIX is a French term for heavily applied gold. It looks like solid gold but it is applied. Items were marked FIX 100 years ago when items like this were made. This was to prevent buyers from thinking they were solid gold. (Item #73250)
