A simply stunning custom made necklace with platinum and 18kt. yellow gold, aquamarine, diamond and pearl. It is set with one bezel-set oval facetted aquamarine weighing 19.72ct., with a clarity of LI and a medium intense blue colour. Nine bezel-set old European cut diamonds are set in platinum, with an estimated weight of 0.56ct. (VS-SI, H-I). The necklace if also augmented by one hundred and fifteen bead-set, rose cut diamonds weighing 0.81ct.(SI-I1, I-J ), which are encrusted in the platinum setting around the central stone and bow-shaped design. Twelve cultured pearls are set amongst the diamonds, measuring 1.8mm -2.5 mm. They have a white, creamy and greyish overtone. The platinum clasp is set with two diamonds (0.05ct. VS, H-I). Four strands of strung cultured pearls (2.0mm) of a silvery rose overtone make up the rest of the piece, which has a total length of 16”.
