In addition, surrounding the bottom amethyst and traveling up the earring to the top stone, each earring is set with ten bead-set single cut diamonds (20 in total=0.22 carats: SI clarity: J-K colour). At the point where the bottom amethyst meets the link to the top of the earring, there is one greyish silvery pearl (3.8mm).
