Antique Diamond, Platinum, & Sapphire Pin Circa. 1920 American An extraordinary platinum and diamond pin. 142 old-mine cut diamonds, set in platinum Platinum tested with platinum acid. All diamonds tested with a diamond tester. Total diamond weight is approximately 7.0 carats. Fine white flawless diamonds. Enhanced by 45 natural sapphires. Sapphires tested with refractive index liquid. Total sapphire weight is approximately .50 carat. The pin measures 2 5/8 inches long and 7/8 inch high. Unmarked.
