Vintage, estate ring. 14 carat gold, diamonds and enamel. Made circa 1940-50''s. US size 6; total diamond weight approx. 0.30 ct. Overall weight approx. 7.5 gm. Ring in the form of a fairly large dogwood flower. Pierced gallery and scrolls on shoulders. Brilliant cut diamond set in the center, surrounded by finely made stamen. Set en tremblant - moves within the setting. Diamond border. Beautifully enamelled in pinks and creams with handpainted botanical details. Beautifully crafted, luxurious item. 14K hallmark inside shank is partially worn, but still legible. Highly enlarged ''photos show a tiny bit of the enamel missing on the corner of one of the petals. Not at all visible to the naked eye. (even with my glasses, I can''t see it).
