Genuine vintage shell cameo, mounted in silver and gilded silver filigree. There is also a filigree bale, so brooch can be worn as a pendant. Dome shape to brooch. Measures 40 mm by 32 mm (just over 1.1/2 inches by 1.1/4 inches). Excellent condition.
