This is a lovely period sapphire ring. The outstanding feature of this ring is the 18 karat white gold and diamond setting. At the center of the oval shaped setting is one claw set, oval faceted cut blue sapphire (1.78carats: LI clarity: dark blue colour: 8x 5.9x 3.81mm). Set around the sapphire are thirty claw-set, round brilliant cut diamonds (0.53carats: SI-I1 clarity: H-I-J colour: 1.5mm.-1.7mm). This is a beautiful example of estate jewellery workmanship.
