Unusual hinged snap bangle, being floral engraved sterling silver and New Zealand greenstone (jade). Typical 1960s style, from maker H & S, with decorated front and plain rear. Fitted with a safety chain. Inside is engraved " To Kathy, from 'Attic' 80, 1969". Bangle is 9 mm wide, and the internal diameter is 59 mm wide and 53 mm top to bottom (it's oval in shape). The three greenstone jade panels are domed bevelled shapes. Excellent condition all round.
