Vintage ring, 18ct yellow god with platinum mount to the diamond. Illusion-set diamond, approx. 2 mm diameter. My callipers are clumsy, so could be a half millimetre more. Face of ring measures 5 mm diameter. Bevelled shank is 2 - 2.5 mm wide. Ring fitting is English size L (USA size 5.1/2) with an internal diameter of 16.10 mm. Excellent condition. Probably dates 1950s-70s. TW:2.7g.
