Vintage girl's oval name brooch in 9ct gold, with a ruby at one side. (Ruby is the birthstone for July). The engraved name is "Lynette". Brooch is stamped 9ct to rear. Measures 6.5 mm by 37 mm. Excellent vintage condition. Clasp at rear is probably brass. Ruby has a shallow chip (only noticeable under a loupe). Would date circa 1950s-60s.
