Vintage jade booch - New Zealand jade, called greenstone or pounamu by New Zealanders. It is mounted in 9ct yellow gold, and is fitted with a safety chain. Stamped "9ct" to the rear. Attractive twist edging . Brooch measures 2.5 cm by 3.5 cm. Excellent condition. Mid 20th century.
