Gold band inset with 5 blue sapphire and 4 diamonds, in the style of an eternity ring, but only covering half the band. Mounted in 9ct yellow gold with stepped edge to the face of the ring.. Face of ring measures 19 mm by 5.5 mm, and the band tapers to 3 mm at the rear of the finger. Small diamonds are set into white gold. Ring size is English Q (USA size 8) with an internal diameter of 18.19mm. Very pretty ring, and would make an excellent stacking ring or wedding band. Mid to later 20th century.
