Navette shaped blue topaz stone with three little brilliant cut diamonds at one end. Mounted in a 9ct yellow gold (stamped 375 inside the band) cross-over setting. Face of ring measures 9 mm by 10.5 mm. Ring size is English K+ (USA size 5.1/4) with an internal diameter of 15.90 mm. Excellent condition.
