Vintage set of genuine Akoya ocean pearls - cultured pearls. Two strands of graduated pearls, with a large, decorative Art Deco clasp. The clasp is silver, mounted with diamanté (paste) stones. It has a hallmark of 935, which is purer than sterling. Total length of necklace (shortest stand) is 42 cm. The largest pearls are 7.75 mm diameter graduating down to 3 mm at clasp. Very good condition. Very attractive set, circa 1930s-50s.
