Very tiny ring, made in 18ct yellow gold, and mounted with a tiny diamond in a V shaped setting. Face of ring measures 4 mm by 12mm across. Band is 1.75mm wide. Stamped 18ct inside the band. Ring fitting is UK size G (USA size 3.1/4) with an internal diameter of 14.25mm. Excellent condition. Probably mid to late 20th century.
