Unusual vintage ring - eliptical dark blue sapphire mounted in an 18ct yellow gold rub-over setting, flanked on each side by two small diamond brilliants. Makes a great stacking ring. Face of ring with the sapphire and mount is 3.5 mm by 8 mm. Shoulders (containing the diamonds) are 3.5 mm wide tapering to 2 mm wide at the rear of the finger. Ring size is English J+ (USA size 5) with an internal diameter of 15.70 mm. Very good condition. TW: 2.08g.
