Unusual pair of antique griffin, snake, diamond, 18K gold cufflinks. The cufflinks are very unusual showing a griffin and a snake both with their open mouth trying to capture the diamond in between them. Diameter 5/8 inch. Weight 9.3 grams. The backs of both cufflinks have a 19th century maker's mark stamped on the back. The old mine cut diamond measures 9 points. They are in excellent condition.
