Very old blue and white jasper pendant set in a 9carat gold frame with loop for hanging.Wedgwood, made in England late 18th - first half 19th century. Total length is 1 7/8inches long (including the loop). Diameter of jasper alone is just under 1inch.Round, slightly domed dark blue jasperware with a Classic mythological scene in white.Very delicate gold setting.Impressed mark WEDGWOOD on the back. No date letters, therefore pre-dates 1860.One side has a slightly rough edge (as shown magnified in photos),but otherwise no damage of any sort.
