Victorian heart and bow diamond, yellow gold and turquoise necklace in original fitted case with the Queen''s mark. Made in England 19th century (1880-1900). Necklace is a little over 13 3/4 inches long. 3 diamond hearts under diamond bows, each suspend a cabochon turquoise in a gold mount. Turquoise swings inside the heart. The hearts are seperated by a gold chain with alternating pearls and smaller turquoise stones, with the pattern repeated in swags that fall gracefully underneath the chain, also between the hearts. Exquisite workmanship and design. Gold is unmarked, but tested for 18K. Necklace comes in it''s original, fitted, leather box with deep pink / maroon velvet and silk lining and gold printed inside of the lid: Royal Crown over TO THE QUEEN J.W.
