We rarely bestow that title on our listings. However, this necklace is special, in many ways. It is a wonderful Edwardian piece. All original. 14 inch Platinum chain, tested with platinum acid. We can provide platinum chain extension, if necessary. 7 rubies, bezel-set with a total approximate weight of .50 carats. Center bezel-set diamond with weight of approximately .08 carats. Second smaller diamond below with approximate weight of .015 carats. Both diamonds tested with a diamond tester. All rubies tested with refractive index liquid. Most special is the white drop shape pearl. It has been tested at GIA. It is a Pinctada maxima saltwater cultured pearl with a measurement of 16.03 mm x 11.70 mm Very rare nacre thickness of 2.99 mm.
