Unusual and beautiful bracelet - made in sterling silver, it has linked panels of leaf forms and flowers with turquoise bead heads. The central panel is an amazingly fine micro mosaic oval of a basket of flowers. Exquisite work, tiny glass tiles mounted in a frame of turquoise blue glass. Minor chip on the blue edge of the mosaic. Safety chain fitted. The barrel clasp is probably not original, but may have been added quite some time back when a few links were put in to extend the length. Maker's stamp on rear is for Z.W. & Co. Stamped Sterling Silver, Made in England. Probably dates from early 20th century. ("Made in England" marks were used from about the 1920s, with just "England" before that since 1891). Length of bracelet is 17.75 cm (7 inches). The central panel of mosaic measures 1.8 cm by 2.1 cm not including the silver frame, which brings it up to 3 cm. Very good condition.
