Antique Sterling Silver Medallion With Antique Chain Circa. 1905-1915 British During the turn-of-the-century and into the 20th century, Britain would award sterling silver medallions to winners of athletic competition. This medallion has a pink gold-plated center detail. Medallion measures 1 1/8 inches in diameter. The chain is from the late 19th Century and is 22 inches long. The back of the medallion is not inscribed, which is not common. Therefore, you can inscribe it as you like, or leave it, as is. However, there are three Hallmarks.
