There are 31 French cut gem quality natural rubies in a heart shaped design centering the largest diamonds in the ring. The 3 largest diamonds in the center measure 15 points each. The 74 additional diamonds average 4 points each. Total gem weight approximately 3-1/2 carats. From the top of the heart to the bottom of the heart point the ring measures 3/4 of an inch. The heart measures 5/8 inch wide. From the top of the ring to the bottom of the shank it measures 1 inch. This is an exquisite ring.
