Bar brooch or pin, made in lovely green New Zealand jade (called greenstone in NZ). The end caps are 9ct gold, and are very ornate with applied banding and scroll engravings in the late Victorian style. It would date circa 1890s-1910. Measures 5.5 cm wide and 8 mm high (2.1/8 inches by 5/16 inch). No damage, probably a replacement clasp, but old work. All in excellent condition.
