Circa. 1830 British A late Georgian 15K gold ring, tested with 15K acid. This ring has an amazingly contemporary look! A natural, untreated square-cut emerald with weight of approximately 1.50 carats. Emerald tested with refractive index liquid. Emerald measures 1/4" x 1/4" Also, mounted on the interior of the band is a triangular setting for hair. Obviously, this ring was also a memorial ring. Size 6 3/4 Can be easily sized by a jeweler.
