This is a beautiful Occupied Japan style brooch. It's on a scrolled silver (fancy) back. It's a metal work collet setting. The center piece is a white porcelain plaque with a windmill and farm dark blue colored design. On the back it's signed Dalfts. It was made in the 1930's. All offers are considered.
