Sterling Silver & Paste Clip Circa. 1935 American Beautiful paste clip. Paste was the precursor to rhinestone and was hand-blown lead crystal. Hence, the brilliance outshines rhinestones. This piece is completely hand-made. Czech paste with turquoise blue glass cabochons. All hand-set. Clip measures 1 1/2 inches high x 1 1/4 inches wide. Spring mechanism on clip. Extremely well made.
