We hardly ever have ancient jewelry at this museum quality level and we are very proud to present it here. Although this jewel does not have any hallmark, the granules techniques (the field and cluster granulation in pyramidal shapes) and the style indicates a typical Caucasian origin. A similar ear pendant is in the collection of the Schmuckmuseum in Pforzheim (museum of jewelry in Pforzheim, Germany) with inventory number 1957/4.
