18K Yellow Gold Stone Box Charm Circa. 1960 Italian 18K yellow gold - tested with 18K acid. Charm box with bezel set round cabochon garnets an green chalcedony. Top of box is rectangular green chalcedony cabochon. Garnets and chalcedony tested with refractive index liquid. Box opens to reveal an Italian mark on the interior lid. Marked "750" Can be used as a small pill-box This functional charm measures 1 inch high with box handle, 3/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep.
