Antique, Victorian double daisy ring set with pearls, diamonds, sapphire and ruby gemstones. Made 1870-90. US size 6.25. Rare to find a delicate double floral ring of this quality. A swirl of diamonds encloses a daisy, bypassing and mirrored by another daisy surrounded by an identical scrolling swirl of diamonds. The petals formed by pearls and the center of one a ruby, the other a sapphire. Enticing glint of the diamonds. Setting shows superior quality workmanship which results in a highly attractive, quietly beautiful piece of jewellery. Like much Victorian jewellery, the stones are mounted in silver on gold.
