Antique Victorian diamond and 18k gold ring - perfect as an engagement or wedding ring. Made circa 1880-1900. Measurements and sizes: Approx US size 5; 14mm accross the bezel. Weighs 4 grams. S11 Diamonds - the center stone 0.45-0.5carat; the two on either side about 0.25 carat. Old European cut. Fascinating design - a stylised flower with scrolls, all set with diamonds of varying sizes. The shoulders are triple branched or triple-leaved, as they are in the form of 3 leaves. Particularly beautiful setting. No hallmarks but tests as at least 18k gold. Good condition.
