Beautiful antique Illinois Watch Company hunting case pocket watch. The serial number 933635 indicates this watch was made between 1889-1890. It's hard to believe this watch is more than 120 years old it looks and runs like new. The watch is in mint condition. We have had it cleaned and serviced by our expert watch maker before offering it for sale. The watch has Roman Numeral numbers, and black markers. It has a lever set movement meaning in order to set the time, you pull the lever out (located on lower right front section of the watch), once the lever is pulled out it allows you to set the time using the winding crown. After you have set the time, push the lever back in, this allows you to now use the winding crown to wind the watch back and forth the way you would any pocket watch. From the top of the watch ring to the bottom of the watch it measures 2-1/4 inches. The watch movement measures 1-1/4 inches wide. Weight 59.1 grams. Guaranteed to please as are all our items.
