It is marked, "This Picture, 14 x 26 Sent Free On Receipt of 25 Wrappers Dobbins Electric Soap, I. L. Cragin & Co. Philadelphia, Pa., Armstrong & Co. Lith. Boston." The reverse also offers Short Hints On Social Etiquette. It is stamped, C. W. Savage, Ashtabula, Ohio.
