Genuine vintage crocodile / alligator handbag. Modern design with double openings and sections.Measures 5 1/2inches accross, 6 inches high and 4inches accross front to back at widest point.Sides are oval and bottom is correspondingly rounded. Wide brass frame with fanlike, fluted clasps for strap.Opens on 2 sides - one has a ruffled compartment and the other a zippered compartment. The end of the zipper is missing. There is a small slit in one internal fold, but otherwise condition is great. Clearly a luxury item - rich shine and wonderful, wonderful variety of textured leather - from tiny flat sections to totally raised folds in 3-d. Very good overall condition.
