This is the coolest fringed cocktail dress from the early 1960s, just perfect for doing the Twist! The neckline is wide and scooped with a bow trimmed empire waist. The entire slim skirt is embellished with 8 rows of swinging fringe. It is fully lined and fastens with a metal back zipper.
In excellent party-ready condition, just the slightest bit of iron shine on the bow.
