Featured is a lovely antique purse from 1925. The cloth is woven in shades of rust in a foliage pattern, accented by faceted steel beads. The silver tone frame is embossed with a rose and basket design. The double chain handle features etched links. The interior is lined in iridescent blue silk and has one gathered pocket. The inside of the frame is stamped "PAT. DEC 17 1925". There is a push button closure at the top of the frame and a decorative ring on the front. Also included is the original matching mirror, which is backed in the same blue silk.

Handle drop: approx. 7"

Condition: Excellent for its age, however the silk lining has started to split and there is minor oxidation to the metal.
