A classic white on white decoration roses makes this round table linen oh so elegant. The fabric is finely woven white cotton. I do not know what the needlework term is for how the decoration was applied, but it appear that a heavy thread was sewn tightly down onto the fabric in an undulating fashion. There are embroidered accents on the rose petals and circular medallions. The condition is very good, with no holes in the fabric. There is one darker spot the size and shape of a grain of rice. Some slight toning to the folded edges. This has not been washed. Bungalow Bill doesn''t know how to wash linens. Dailybungalow, a Twitter follower of BungalowBILLcom was kind enough to teach me that the design is made with Coronation Braid and is trimmed in Cluny lace. Combined shipping is always available at Bungalow BILL! Status: For Sale Reference#: 09100404 Condition: very good Year: c. 1905 Country: USA Height: 30 in. (76.20 cm) Width: 30 in.
