Miniature realistic silver cash register / till mechnism to open. Dutch. Probably dates to late 19th or early 20th century. Weighs 3oz. Engraved scrolling decoration typical of the Nouveau era. One one side is a spool for winding the tape on. Another mechanism attached on the right. Keys have engraved numbers. Two of them have the ability to spring the drawer open. Drawer has compartments for different denominations of currency. Highly realistic, wonderful workmanship. On left rim are two hallmarks - too small to see clearly. Condition is very good.
