Gorgeous sterling silver repousee presentation water pitcher to Francis E. Getty FROM The Coca Cola Boys In Loving Appreciation Jan 1920. Approximately 9 7/8" tall at the highest point and 28 troy ounces. It is a good size and weight with the side measuring 9" from spout to handle. Beautifully decorated with a floral repousee design in high relief consisting of roses, daisys, and other flowers, leaves, stems and buds. The front under the spout is an acanthus leaf design also all over the handle.The cartouche in the front holds the inscription mentioned above. Marks include STERLING, M.E. Freeman & Bro, the hand logo for A. G. Schultz & Company of Baltimore and 401. A.G. Schultz & Co was listed in Baltimore City Directories from 1899-1950 as manufacturers of sterling silver holloware. Very good condition.
