Open Salt dish with a Cobalt Blue Glass Liner, Made by THE B.B.B.Co.,Philadelphia, EPNS 3583. It has a pierced reticulated frame with three feet. This is a very good to High Quality plated salt. Electro plate over nickel silver. Includes a salt spoon also marked EPNS. Excellent Shape and Very Good Condition. Slight Tarnish.
