A vintage sterling silver meat fork made by Frank M. Whiting. The pattern is Talisman Rose and the fork dates to 1948. The Frank M. Whiting & Co. was founded in 1878 in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. as F.M. Whiting & Co. and became Frank M. in 1896. This fork measures 5 1/2" in length. There is mild "discoloration" at the tine end as we have tried to show in the pictures. Fully marked on the back.
